Ahha4d Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to ahha4d. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ahha4d ("Platform", "We", "ahha4d") governing your use of the ahha4d website, services, games, and all features available on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any ahha4d service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. Ahha4d only supports licensed and legitimate payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits must be made through the official payment channels listed on the platform. Any attempt to deposit via unofficial channels or unauthorised third parties may result in loss of funds with no guarantee of a refund.

All deposits are final and non-refundable once processed, except in cases of verifiable technical errors. If you encounter any issues with a deposit, contact ahha4d support within 24 hours of the transaction with clear proof of payment for prompt investigation.

Ahha4d does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges in accordance with their respective terms of service, which are beyond ahha4d's control.

Ahha4d members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account is in good standing and all applicable rollover requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another method that has been registered and verified in your ahha4d account. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering (AML) policy and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay).

• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional systems, or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automation software or bots in any game.

You may also request the closure of your ahha4d account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid credit balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you upon completion of the verification process.
